                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT IN THE 
                   AMOUNT OF FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND 
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($4,500.00) TO RAY ROBERTSON 
                   AND WIFE, NANCY R. ROBERTSON, FOR A SEWER 
                   EASEMENT RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 71C, GRUBB 
                   ROAD COLLECTION SYSTEM.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
       payment in the amount of $4,500.00 to Ray Robertson and wife, 
       Nancy R. Robertson, for a sewer easement relative to Contract No. 
       71C, Grubb Road Collection System.
